You must be at least 18 years of age (or older, depending on specific state laws) to utilize the Livozo platform. We do not currently treat pediatric or adolescent patients.

Partner clinicians will use eligibility criteria before approving any treatment plan. Livozo is the marketing brand only. We do not claim Texas, Florida, or any other state is live for real care today.

Geographic Location
You must be physically located in a state where the clinical partner operates and where their pharmacy network is licensed to ship. That map is not live on this site today.
Identity Verification
To prevent fraud and ensure safe prescribing, you must provide a valid government-issued ID that matches your intake profile before a clinical review can begin.

Beyond the baseline requirements, each treatment pathway has its own clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria based on established medical literature.
Launchpad care paths
Macro GLP-1s, Micro GLP, NAD+, sermorelin, and B12 are the confirmed OpenLoop live set. Partner clinicians review contraindications. Livozo does not prescribe, and Launchpad is not wired.
Education-only products
PT-141, glutathione, topical GHK-Cu, CJC, BPC, and similar research peptides are not start-care paths. There is no qualify-to-prescribe CTA for those SKUs on this site.
Partner decides
Completing a qualify step does not guarantee a prescription. OpenLoop clinicians decide; their pharmacy network decides whether to dispense.
If you don't qualify
We don't charge you for a "no."
Full Refunds
If your clinician reviews your intake and determines that you are not a safe candidate for the program you selected, any initial charges are fully refunded immediately.
Clinical Context
You won't just get a generic rejection email. If a clinician declines to prescribe, they will typically provide the medical reasoning and advise you to follow up with your primary care provider.
Alternative Pathways
In some cases, you may not qualify for a specific peptide protocol but may be a better fit for a different one. Your clinician will guide that conversation.
