Clinical Care
When Launchpad is wired, OpenLoop white-label intake is the start of a medical consultation. If a licensed partner clinician approves, they write the prescription. Clinical review is not live yet. Livozo does not prescribe.
All clinical decisions are made by US-licensed, board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who operate independently from the Livozo technology platform.
In most states, the consultation is handled asynchronously via your intake form and secure messaging. However, some states require a brief synchronous video or phone call. If required, your clinician will schedule it with you.
When Launchpad is wired, messaging lives on the OpenLoop patient portal. Partner clinicians can adjust a dose or pause treatment if they decide that is appropriate. This site is not that portal.
Billing & Insurance
Launchpad care paths are intended as cash-pay. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted once partner billing is live. We do not bill insurance. Compounded GLP-1s on Launchpad are not branded-drug substitutes.
No. Your monthly subscription price covers the clinician review, the medication, the supplies, ongoing messaging, and expedited shipping. There are no surprise upcharges as your dose increases.
When subscriptions exist, cancel would live on the partner patient portal — not a mock Livozo checkout pretending care is live.
If the reviewing clinician determines that the program is not medically appropriate for you, any charges placed during intake are immediately refunded in full.
Shipping & Pharmacy
When Launchpad is wired, fulfillment is through OpenLoop's licensed US 503A pharmacy network. We do not claim Red Rock as the exclusive pharmacy and we do not source from overseas gray markets.
Medications are shipped in discreet packaging. For medications that require refrigeration, they are shipped in insulated thermal mailers with ice packs via expedited 2-day delivery.
No, a signature is generally not required upon delivery. However, we strongly recommend retrieving refrigerated packages as soon as they are delivered to maintain temperature control.
We do not claim Texas, Florida, or any other state is live for real care today. Partner intake will collect your state when Launchpad is wired. Fulfillment is not live yet.
