Livozo is the brand and marketing site. After you see if you qualify, OpenLoop hosts white-label intake, their clinicians review, and their licensed 503A pharmacy network fulfills if prescribed. Care is not live yet.

This is how the partner path is designed to work once Launchpad is wired. It is a preview — not a promise that a clinician can approve or ship medication today, and not a claim that Texas, Florida, or any other state is live.
2. Partner clinician review
OpenLoop-affiliated licensed clinicians review your profile. They may request labs or follow up in their portal. Livozo does not prescribe and does not employ the clinician.
3. Partner pharmacy network
If prescribed, fulfillment is through OpenLoop's licensed 503A pharmacy network. We do not claim Red Rock as the exclusive pharmacy, and we do not claim shipment this week.
4. Partner portal & support
OpenLoop owns the patient portal, shipping, and support once Launchpad is wired. Livozo remains the marketing brand / MSO.

You are in control of your subscription. You can cancel your upcoming refills at any time directly from your patient portal without having to call customer service.
