1. Summary

Weight-loss outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors that are outside any clinician's control. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. The Livozo program is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or in-person medical care when indicated. Read the full disclaimer below for specifics.

2. Weight-loss outcomes vary

Individual results depend on adherence to the program, diet, exercise, sleep, baseline weight, metabolic and hormonal factors, medication dosing, side-effect tolerance, and other individual health factors. Reasonable expectations for any GLP-1 weight management program include the possibility of:

• No weight loss, or weight gain in some individuals.
• Side effects severe enough to discontinue treatment.
• Plateau periods.
• Weight regain after stopping medication.

We do not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, percentage of body-weight reduction, time-to-result, or sustained outcome.

3. Testimonials and endorsements

Testimonials on the Platform are presented in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). We label each testimonial with the following:

• Whether the testimonial is from a real patient.
• Whether the patient was compensated (and how, if so).
• That results are not typical and individual results vary.

Our website is under active development; the testimonials shown during the design and pre-launch period are illustrative and do not represent real patient experiences. We will replace illustrative content with compliant testimonials before launch.

4. Before-and-after photographs

Any before-and-after photograph published on the Platform will represent a real patient, with informed consent for use, and will be accompanied by:

• The duration of treatment shown.
• The medication and program followed.
• A statement that results are not typical and individual results vary.
• Where compensation was provided, an “Ad” or compensation disclosure.

5. Cohort and study claims

Any cohort or aggregate claim (for example, “Patients lost an average of X% of body weight in N weeks”) will be backed by clearly sourced data and the relevant population, methodology, and date range. We will not present cohort averages without the underlying source.

6. Not a substitute for medical care

The Livozo program is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or for in-person medical care when indicated by your clinician. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical question or condition. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department in an emergency.

7. Reporting concerns

If you believe an outcome claim on the Platform is misleading, email legal@livozo.com. We will review and correct as appropriate.
